Biz Ops Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage daily revenue operations, ensuring that partner objectives, budgets, and KPIs are achieved.

• Discover and implement revenue enhancement strategies by fostering competition among partners for placements.

• Reassess pricing and terms with current partners.

• Increase placement volume.

• Oversee critical aspects of financial and growth analysis, including cohort analysis and LTV modeling.

• Transform analyses into actionable recommendations that guide prioritization in marketing, revenue, and retention efforts.

• Streamline labor-intensive growth and revenue operations processes through automation.

• Serve and expand Bold.org’s primary revenue partners.

• Engage in quantitative analysis, forecasting, partner negotiations, and process automation.

• Assist the executive team by taking charge of daily responsibilities and promoting revenue growth and certainty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical role such as investment banking or startup growth.

• At least 1 year of experience with digital marketing and technology startups.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Capable of directly working with databases, building dashboards, executing complex cohort and retention analysis, and interpreting data from various sources.

• Familiarity with AI-driven engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in everyday workflows.

• Comfortable creating programs to automate tasks.

• Strong grounding in growth principles, including conversion rate optimization, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.

• Solid understanding of forecasting and financial modeling.

• Ability to produce significant work efficiently and with high quality.

• Resourceful in startup settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with analytics platforms like PostHog, Grafana, or ClickHouse is advantageous.
