Biotech Investment Analyst – Drug Asset & Company Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate rubrics for analyzing commercial pharmaceuticals and drug development initiatives.

• Evaluate companies and assets based on mechanisms, clinical evidence, competitive landscape, and value drivers.

• Assess the quality of investment-style theses.

• Identify weak, overly confident, or missing assumptions.

• Conduct evaluations across approximately 5–10 companies during the pilot phase.

• Engage in a compensated pilot program lasting 10–20 hours over 1–2 weeks, with the possibility of ongoing work as the project expands.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Biotech or healthcare investment analyst located in the US, preferably with a background in specialized funds.

• Knowledge of biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.

• Capable of performing comprehensive assessments of drug assets and the corresponding companies.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in evaluating biotech or pharmaceutical companies or assets.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
