Biosampling Project Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and project schedules.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.

• Create and manage study budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization and compliance with study protocols.

• Take the lead in addressing issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication techniques.

• Maintain data integrity and quality by instituting thorough monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle.

• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical studies, with a solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory guidelines.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, including the aptitude to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external collaborators.

• Detail-oriented, focusing on ensuring data precision and upholding high-quality standards in clinical trials.
