This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive revenue expansion and develop sales funnels for KrosFlo small-scale TFF systems and their associated configurations.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies.
• Recognize customer requirements across process development, scale-up, UF/DF, concentration, diafiltration, and process intensification workflows.
• Utilize expertise in TFF, UF/DF, hollow fiber, flat sheet cassettes, flow paths, filtration, automation, and process control to create tailored customer solutions.
• Articulate the configurability of KrosFlo systems and link system selection to process volume, pressure, flow rate, membrane area, filter format, and scale-up necessities.
• Establish multi-level relationships with stakeholders in technical, operational, procurement, quality, and leadership roles.
• Facilitate qualification discussions and construct value propositions for customer buying groups.
• Maintain a Salesforce funnel with a focus on opportunity discipline, close plans, risk mitigation, and precise forecasting.
• Strategically prospect and lead deal evaluations, pre-mortem analyses, and post-win reviews.
• Coordinate internal resources across sales, applications, product management, marketing, customer service, service, operations, and quality.
• Convert customer feedback into insights for product roadmaps, application support, enablement, and commercial strategies.
• Assist in making decisions regarding on-site, in-house, and video demonstrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to onboarding, playbooks, sales tools, training, and sharing best practices.
• Provide sales reports, forecasts, market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Keep track of market, regulatory, technological, and competitive trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant commercial, technical sales, applications, or bioprocessing experience; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2+ years; or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in selling complex bioprocessing technologies, capital equipment, consumables, automation, filtration, or related workflow solutions.
• Strong comprehension of downstream processing, TFF, UF/DF, process development, scale-up, and single-use bioprocessing workflows.
• Capability to translate technical specifications into commercial value propositions and construct business cases for multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for scientific, technical, operational, procurement, and leadership audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory for customer meetings, demonstrations, account strategy sessions, and industry events.
