Biomedicine Intern – Patient Support, Assisted Reproductive Medicine Clinic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver support to patients via phone and digital platforms.

• Arrange consultations and assist patients throughout their healthcare journey.

• Respond to inquiries regarding assisted reproductive medicine treatments and methodologies.

• Execute administrative duties such as updating spreadsheets, sending emails, and utilizing operating systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Biomedicine degree program, ideally in the 3rd to 5th semester.

• Must possess a personal computer and internet access to complete necessary tasks.

• Available for fully remote work, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 1:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Previous experience in healthcare and/or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fast learner.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

• Proactive, punctual, and dedicated to responsibilities.

• Empathetic and respectful when assisting patients.

• Passion for and willingness to learn about human reproduction and customer service best practices.
