Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop complex biology problems that pose challenges to cutting-edge AI systems

• Formulate deterministic tasks with a singular correct solution

• Provide complete and validated solutions

• Construct problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a relevant life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry related to computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with multi-step scientific reasoning

• Capability to devise original and challenging problems based on real biological practices

• Proficient written English and strong attention to detail
