BIM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive 3D BIM models utilizing Archicad

• Facilitate design collaboration among architectural and engineering disciplines (Structure, MEP, Facade, Passive Fire, etc.)

• Detect and address design conflicts and coordination challenges within BIM models

• Generate precise and well-organized documentation derived from BIM models

• Work closely with internal design teams to guarantee model accuracy and constructability

• Adhere to design briefs and project specifications with exceptional precision

• Aid in project delivery by ensuring BIM models act as a dependable “single source of truth”

• Ensure model quality, uniformity, and compliance with internal standards

• Contribute to enhancing BIM workflows and coordination processes when necessary

• Oversee documentation management and general project filing

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable BIM Technician / design drafting position

• Extensive experience with residential projects

• Advanced skills in Archicad

• Strong grasp of BIM coordination and multi-disciplinary integration

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic working style

• Capability to follow design briefs accurately with minimal supervision

• Excellent problem-solving abilities in a design coordination setting
