BIM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Begin with a training program and attend various BIM and Revit courses.

• Analyze processes and investigate client inquiries.

• Implement BIM in clients' operations.

• Collaborate with an experienced team to develop innovative industry-specific solutions and products.

• Continuously enhance skills in software and embrace new challenges.

• Be responsible for BIM implementations.

• Guide clients in maximizing the use and application of BIM and related software.

• Extract the most value from software and projects, aligned with clients' operations.

• Work with architects, contractors, installers, CAD draftsmen, architectural draftsmen, and structural engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed HBO degree in construction or installation technology.

• Two to five years of work experience with a contractor or installation company.

• Some experience with Revit and other CAD applications.

• Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Creative mindset.

• Possession of a driver's license.

• Availability for 36 to 40 hours per week.

• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
