BIM Modeler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and develop engineering models utilizing Civil 3D and associated tools in line with project specifications.

• Apply models in accordance with Exodigo guidelines and formats requested by clients.

• Revise, sustain, and enhance existing models in response to design alterations or project/client demands.

• Utilize engineering and BIM software including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, Revit, Bentley, and MicroStation.

• Guarantee quality of execution, engineering precision, and conduct QA/QC before project delivery.

• Oversee tasks in alignment with approved project timelines and fulfill critical deadlines.

• Record processes and consistently refine and develop workflows, templates, and standards.

• Engage collaboratively with Mapping and Delivery teams within a multidisciplinary setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in working with engineering/infrastructure models and/or BIM.

• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

• Experience with Bentley / MicroStation is advantageous.

• Strong spatial awareness and the capability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings.

• Ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.

• Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication abilities in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Good command of technical English (software interfaces and documentation).

• Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, railways, drainage, underground utilities, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with InfraWorks / Revit is preferred but not essential.

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and drafting standards is preferred but not required.
