BIM Manager – Revit Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as part of a team serving designated BIM Management clients.

• Create and uphold client-specific Revit templates, family libraries, and BIM standards documentation.

• Facilitate project kickoffs.

• Provide guidance to client teams on Revit workflows, project setup, and best practices tailored to their project types.

• Conduct regular project health assessments.

• Identify trends and root causes while recommending sustainable enhancements.

• Offer Revit training to client personnel through individual, small-group, and structured sessions.

• Configure and manage ACC/Forma environments.

• Partner with client IT for access and infrastructure support.

• Sustain client knowledge bases, workflow guides, and BIM resources.

• Contribute to internal practice enhancements by sharing insights and pinpointing areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit in collaboration with AEC firms.

• Proven ability to comprehend project-wide impacts, recognize patterns, and enhance workflows.

• Strong expertise in architectural Revit workflows.

• MEP experience is a significant advantage.

• Proven capability to create and maintain templates.

• Experience in developing family libraries.

• Background in supporting Revit environments across active client accounts.

• Proficiency in ACC/Forma, including setup, administration, and user enablement.

• Experience in delivering training or technical direction to peers or client teams.

• A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred (2- or 4-year).

• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing time and workload.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients during meetings and training sessions.

• Willingness to collaborate, seek assistance, share knowledge, and support team advancement.
