BIM Manager – Fotovoltaico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Management and oversight of BIM processes related to photovoltaic projects during the execution phase.

• Assistance to clients in establishing and governing digital information management processes.

• Definition, verification, and updating of procedures, standards, and project BIM documentation.

• Support in the preparation and review of Information Specifications, Information Management Plans, and related documentation.

• Supervision of information flows and coordination of BIM activities across various design disciplines.

• Management and control of the Common Data Environment (CDE/ACDat).

• Verification of the correct application of BIM requirements by designers, suppliers, and contractors.

• Support for the BIM compliance of the Contracting Authority in accordance with D.Lgs. 36/2023 and Annex I.9.

• Interface with Project Management, Engineering, technical disciplines, and external parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a BIM Manager or in similar digital process management roles.

• Valid BIM Manager certification compliant with UNI 11337-7.

• In-depth knowledge of BIM methodology, the UNI 11337 series, and the principles of UNI EN ISO 19650.

• Good understanding of D.Lgs. 36/2023, particularly regarding the use of BIM in public contracts and the activities of Contracting Authorities.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary BIM processes and associated informational documentation.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or similar CDE platforms.

• Preferably experienced in projects related to energy, renewable energy, photovoltaics, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and interface with complex technical and Project Management structures.

• Active VAT number and availability for professional collaborations with variable commitment.
