BIM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee model coordination, documentation, and communication with stakeholders for an ongoing, limited-scope project.

• Create and uphold the project BIM Execution Plan through to completion.

• Ensure data accuracy, accountability, and transparent project workflows.

• Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related deliverables and coordination among the project team.

• Take ownership of the development and implementation of Design Technology and Automation tools.

• Design and maintain custom automation tools, Revit add-ins, and platform integrations.

• Create and sustain Autodesk Forma project templates, governance standards, and data management frameworks.

• Develop reporting dashboards and data pipelines to provide real-time insights into project health, model quality, and operational metrics.

• Assess and recommend new Autodesk technologies and workflow tools.

• Produce internal documentation, training resources, and standards to facilitate the adoption of new tools.

• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, including roles as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead.

• Proficiency in building automation tools, Revit add-ins, or platform integrations.

• Experience acting as BIM Manager for ongoing, limited-scope projects.

• Proven track record in developing and maintaining project BIM Execution Plans.

• Experience coordinating BIM-related deliverables and project teams.

• Skills in developing and implementing tools to enhance consistency, minimize manual tasks, and scale service delivery.

• Experience in building and maintaining custom automation tools, Revit add-ins, and platform integrations.

• Proficiency in developing Autodesk Forma project templates, governance standards, and data management frameworks.

• Experience in creating reporting dashboards and data pipelines.

• Ability to evaluate Autodesk technologies and workflow tools.

• Experience in developing internal documentation, training materials, and standards.

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead on active projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Capability to create automation tools using Dynamo, Python, C#, or the Revit API.

• Strong English communication skills for effective coordination with US-based stakeholders and leadership.

• Background in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and BIM/VDC services.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Revit API, Python, C#, and Power BI.

• Nice to have: experience in data center, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing projects.

• Nice to have: experience with reality capture and point cloud data.

• Nice to have: experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.

• Nice to have: Autodesk certifications or a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or computer science.
