Billing Technician II – Corporate Benefits

📋 Description

• Manage billing closeouts and oversee receivables through various systems and platforms

• Conduct reconciliations in Qbem and verify discrepancies in amounts

• Create tailored allocations in accordance with established guidelines

• Supervise copay exemptions, ensuring proper application of policies

• Generate the payroll file

• Confirm system entries and maintain data integrity across platforms (Qbem, Quiver Pro, etc.)

• Assist in monitoring productivity and quality metrics

• Handle invoice extensions

• Detect and report file errors or inconsistencies within the system

• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and quality benchmarks

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (preferably with technical training in related areas)

• Experience in billing or comparable processes

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data validation, etc.)

• Familiarity with billing systems (Qbem and Quiver Pro) is advantageous

• Strong analytical skills for data verification and reconciliation

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
