Billing System Setup Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for essential functional areas, including Contract Management, Revenue Management, Claim Content/Formatting, and Metadata.

• Lead and nurture front-line team members and supervisors, typically managing 2 supervisors and 10–15 team members.

• Deliver timely coaching, constructive feedback, and performance assessments.

• Recognize efficiencies in Setup Lines of Business, experiment with process modifications, and apply systemic problem-solving techniques.

• Assess how adjustments in one segment of a process impact other sections.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators, including SLA performance and Work In Progress (WIP).

• Detect trends, discrepancies, and obstacles to growth.

• Collaborate with ROPS, Finance teams, and Payer Partnerships.

• Ensure alignment on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and oversee cross-functional initiatives.

• Convert tactical objectives into actionable milestones.

• Anticipate future business requirements and align team goals with the broader priorities of the Village.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Revenue Operations or Setup is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Access.

• Familiarity with database tools such as SQL, Toad, or Netezza is highly advantageous.

• Capability to conduct root-cause analysis to address process deficiencies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Executive presence required to articulate complex concepts clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders and business leaders.
