Billing Specialist III – Corporate Benefits

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate billing procedures, ensuring both data precision and compliance with tailored allocations.

• Serve as technical support to address significant inconsistencies while collaborating with clients and insurance providers.

• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold the integrity of information across all systems.

• Conduct thorough billing analyses to detect and rectify discrepancies.

• Implement complex customized allocations and verify calculations.

• Coordinate the distribution and validation of files with clients and carriers.

• Supervise copayment exemption processes, guaranteeing complete traceability.

• Execute and confirm system postings, ensuring data consistency across platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro.

• Assist in monitoring productivity and quality performance metrics.

• Prepare payroll/files specific to each client in accordance with their requirements.

• Communicate with clients and carriers to resolve any incidents.

• Aid leadership in the implementation of enhancements and automation.

• Oversee invoice extensions.

• Negotiate claims and requests with carriers as needed.

• Mentor and train Analysts I and II.

• Ensure compliance with established SLAs and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (completed).

• Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial processes.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

• Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation systems.

• Possess logical reasoning skills and an analytical mindset.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working effectively under tight deadlines.

• Must be a resident of São Paulo.
