This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Familiarize yourself with organizational systems and propose modifications or new procedures tailored to specialized customer or business-user requirements.

• Conduct audits and verify expense payments and/or weekly billing for individual clients.

• Prepare and uphold audit documentation to ensure operational and contractual accuracy.

• Perform daily audits of manifests by confirming notes, adding revenue, and reviewing expenses due for payment.

• Utilize the Customer Weekly Report for daily manifest audits.

• Issue invoices to assigned clients on a daily and/or weekly basis.

• Comprehend the contract associated with each assigned client.

• Maintain client contract files and execute audits as directed by the Supervisor.

• Keep client billing instruction documentation updated.

• Serve as a backup for other clients when a Billing Specialist is unavailable.

• Communicate with field operations via email or phone for clarifications.

• Investigate discrepancies or prior billings to ensure accuracy of orders.

• Execute additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Proficient with computers and possess a general understanding of software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet business requirements.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Certain positions may necessitate employment and education verification, a motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer badging or background checks.
