Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the generation of automated invoices in accordance with client billing schedules and contractual agreements.

• Conduct quality control on automated invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

• Manually issue invoices in line with standard operating procedures when auto-invoicing is not feasible.

• Examine existing contracts within the ERP system and accurately enter new contracts.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting teams regarding contract conditions, payments, client inquiries, and reporting.

• Handle incoming client calls and emails from designated territories, providing prompt responses and exceptional customer service.

• Guarantee precise and timely invoicing along with effective communication with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a billing or accounts receivable position.

• Proficient written and verbal business communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

• Experience in customer-facing roles within organizations.

• B2B SaaS experience is a significant advantage.

• Experience supporting international markets, especially in APAC, Europe, or the Middle East.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with financial systems.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with a proven track record of prioritizing and multitasking effectively.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong grasp of professional business communication standards.

• Experience with local invoicing (GST/IRP/IRN) is a plus.

• Familiarity with international B2B SaaS is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is a plus.
