Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute invoicing, credits, debits, and maintenance of customer accounts

• Actively engage with various departments concerning problematic accounts

• Collaborate with the Collections Department to address customer billing concerns

• Deliver prompt responses to inquiries from customers and employees

• Compile necessary information for month-end and quarter-end reporting

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field

• Background in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or related experience

• Demonstrated attention to detail and precision

• Capability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently while ensuring data accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
