Biller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Responsible for handling all billing processes for both primary and secondary insurances across all practice locations.

• Collaborate with business office personnel and facility staff as necessary to gather information needed for submitting accurate claims to insurance providers.

• Conduct medical billing and coding, verify insurance details, manage collections, and handle authorizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred two or more years of experience in billing and collections within a medical environment or equivalent educational background.

• High School diploma required.

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and verification, collections, and/or authorizations.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Experience in medical billing and coding.

• Capability to work remotely from Utah.
