Bilingual/Spanish BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct continuous assessments to address the needs of the patients served.

• Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and other relevant individuals regarding individual progress.

• Provide supervisors with monthly schedules detailing appointments, home visits, and observations.

• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis.

• Ensure the effective and proper implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required gatherings.

• Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.

• Organize training sessions to certify staff and team members in the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and documentation.

• Conduct follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical records.

• Serve as a liaison with the public and the mental health community to support ongoing objectives.

• Assist in developing training procedures and materials to enhance programs.

• Engage in continuing education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.

• Availability to work until 8:00pm PST.

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those facing behavioral challenges.

• Reliable transportation is a must.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and transitioning from seated to standing frequently.

• In California: Must hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification.
