This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to swiftly handle emergency travel requests for both domestic and international destinations.

• Search, book, and confirm services based on the urgency and requirements of the client.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clients' travel policies to deliver precise guidance, particularly in emergency scenarios, ensuring a consultative and customized approach.

• Provide practical alternatives and rapid advice for transportation and accommodations.

• Respond accurately and promptly within critical timeframes.

• Adhere to supplier regulations, even under last-minute circumstances.

• Furnish fares, exchange rates, and penalties to facilitate quick and effective decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with legal obligations (passports, visas, etc.).

• Prioritize customer experience and immediate resolution in service delivery.

• Align service provision with the strategies of AVIPAM and its clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in travel agencies or Travel Management Companies (TMCs), particularly in corporate emergency support.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus, as well as online booking tools (OBT) including Argo, Concur, Reserve, and/or Lemontech.

• Proficiency in utilizing airline portals.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
