Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet hiring needs.

• Perform proactive candidate searches using job boards, databases, social media, and other sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and update candidate information in the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Deliver pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in line with client specifications and service level agreements.

• Create recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting across various industries.

• Proficient in English (mandatory).

• Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent assessment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of conducting effective telephone screenings and candidate evaluations.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities at the same time.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English as indicated by the job title.
