Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, English/Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet hiring needs.

• Execute proactive candidate searches utilizing job boards, databases, social networks, and various sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and maintain candidate information within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in alignment with client specifications and service level expectations.

• Generate recruitment reports, analyze processes, and track sourcing metrics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for various industries.

• Proficient level of English (mandatory).

• Advanced proficiency in Dutch (preferred).

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate evaluation, and talent qualification.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to conduct effective telephone screenings and evaluations of candidates.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
