Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet hiring objectives.

• Execute proactive candidate searches utilizing job boards, databases, social media, and other sourcing avenues.

• Input and keep precise candidate data within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Deliver pre-screened and shortlisted candidates that align with client specifications and service level agreements.

• Generate recruitment reports, analyze processes, and track sourcing metrics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for various industries.

• Advanced English proficiency (Required).

• Background in sourcing, recruiting, candidate vetting, and talent assessment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to perform effective telephone screenings and candidate assessments.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Proficient in managing multiple job openings and priorities at the same time.
