Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet hiring needs, especially for designated roles.

• Perform proactive candidate searches utilizing job boards, databases, social media platforms, and various sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and update candidate details within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Deliver pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in line with client specifications and service level agreements.

• Generate recruitment reports, process evaluations, and sourcing metrics as needed.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for various industries.

• Proficient in English (Mandatory).

• Background in sourcing, recruiting, candidate evaluation, and talent assessment.

• In-depth understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to conduct thorough telephone screenings and candidate assessments.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
