Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing strategic consulting projects for enterprise brands, collaborating with Customer Success Managers.

• Assess customer workflows, align social media strategies with business goals, and provide insights on industry trends.

• Consult with VP- and CMO-level stakeholders utilizing social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to enhance brand performance and illustrate ROI.

• Develop tailored performance reports, executive presentation materials, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow evaluations, and strategy workshops.

• Assist with influencer marketing, social customer care, and employee advocacy initiatives.

• Encourage sustained growth and feature adoption within customer organizations.

• Manage comprehensive software implementation projects across Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing solutions.

• Guide clients through Design, Setup, Training, and Validation processes, including onboarding, change management, and technical platform configuration.

• Set up account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated messaging routing rules.

• Provide training for administrators and end-users on product functionalities.

• Perform consulting, implementation support, executive presentations, and training in both English and Spanish.

• Utilize Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools to oversee timelines and deliverables.

• Streamline internal consulting workflows and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, in verbal and written forms.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.

• Proven track record in developing and executing social strategies.

• Experience in creating custom consulting deliverables, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting structures.

• Familiarity with training external audiences and managing complex software platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of software implementation processes and change management.

• Awareness of how project execution directly correlates to customer value.

• Established project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple ongoing customer engagements and deliverables simultaneously.

• Previous experience in a social agency, enterprise brand social role, or dedicated SaaS consulting practice is preferred.

• Subject matter expertise in influencer marketing, social customer care, or employee advocacy is preferred.

• High data literacy with the ability to translate social intelligence, listening metrics, and native platform insights into opportunities for business growth is preferred.

• Experience in making executive-level recommendations and facilitating interactive workshops is preferred.

• Familiarity with cross-functional software lifecycle collaboration is preferred.
