This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legal standards and court requirements.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to uphold consistency and quality in filings.
• Provide insights and recommendations for case enhancement when applicable.
• Active membership in the U.S. Bar in at least one state (required).
• Experience in SSDI law or proficiency in Spanish (required — either qualification is acceptable).
• Strong skills in legal writing, editing, and analysis.
• Ability to independently manage workload while meeting deadlines.
• Must reside outside the U.S. (candidates based overseas are preferred).
• Flexible working hours.
• Consistent workload.
• Opportunity to transition to full-time (40 hours/week) based on caseload and performance.
