📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional patient care in a virtual environment.

• Utilize prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians on the care team to provide comprehensive support, especially for complex cases.

• Conduct follow-ups on laboratory results, imaging studies, and ensure effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers.

• Employ tools for virtual examinations, including remote home monitoring devices, virtual physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care physicians, behavioral health professionals, and clinical supervisors as needed.

• Attend essential meetings such as huddles, case conferences, and regular service line All Hands sessions.

• Offer insights to enhance operational workflows and product features.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP), or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification from NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• At least 2 years of experience providing virtual care.

• Licensed in at least 2 core Oscar States.

• Georgia License is required.

• Proven proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
