Bilingual (Spanish) Physician Assistant – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.

• Utilize prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians on the care team to ensure comprehensive treatment, especially for complex cases.

• Conduct follow-ups on lab results, imaging, and maintain closed-loop communication with patients and other healthcare providers.

• Employ tools that facilitate virtual "exams," including remote home monitoring devices, remote physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care approach with registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors as necessary.

• Attend required meetings such as huddles, case conferences, and regular service line All Hands sessions.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance operational workflows and product features.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• At least 2 years of experience providing virtual care.

• Licensed in at least 2 core Oscar States.

• Must possess a Florida License.

• Proven proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.

• Compact RN license (if applicable as an APRN) (bonus point).

• Experience with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools (bonus point).

• Willingness and ability to obtain further licensure in Oscar Medical Group states (bonus point).
