Bilingual Spanish – Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate insurance claims and act as the main point of contact for adjusters and carriers.

• Gather, monitor, and organize medical records, invoices, and police documentation.

• Ensure the progression of treatment and maintain awareness of treatment outcomes.

• Identify and proactively address lien and subrogation challenges.

• Work alongside lead paralegals to compile thorough and accurate case files for demand submission.

• Engage with clients daily to assist them through the pre-litigation phase.

• Manage case timelines and guarantee that milestones are achieved with accuracy.

• Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies to enhance speed and precision.

• Maintain high standards in documentation, file integrity, and communication practices.

• Navigate personal injury cases through pre-litigation from initial intake to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Proven experience executing processes in dynamic, high-volume environments.

• Clear and professional communicator with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.

• Strong sense of ownership, quality, and accountability.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Residing in the US.

• Familiarity with California personal injury cases.

• Experience handling claims, medical records, invoices, police reports, liens, subrogation, and demand preparation.
