Bilingual Software Tester, French First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive testing of online applications and telephone systems in French

• Ensure that functionality, usability, accuracy, and performance standards are achieved

• Work alongside development teams to identify, document, and monitor software defects and inconsistencies

• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and testing scripts

• Implement test cases and document the outcomes

• Offer insights and suggestions for enhancements

• Engage in team meetings to review testing progress, challenges, and solutions

• Keep abreast of best practices in software testing and emerging trends

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing

• Ideally, experience in a bilingual French/English setting

• Proficient in French, both written and spoken

• Solid understanding of English

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
