Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager, Spanish

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow projects from initiation to execution, monitoring, and final deployment.

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

• Collect, evaluate, and document business requirements, converting them into functional solutions within ServiceNow.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and interdependencies effectively.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for the ServiceNow platform and alignment with organizational goals.

• Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics while providing regular updates on status.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management initiatives.

• Promote continuous improvement of processes and optimization of workflows within ServiceNow.

• Assist in the deployment of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements is essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.

• Candidates must currently reside in either Mexico City, Mexico or California, USA.

• ServiceNow ITSM Certification is preferred.

• A Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is favored.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) is preferred.

• SAFe Certification is preferred.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and upgrades is necessary.

• Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps is beneficial.

• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project settings is required.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication are essential.

• Experience leading teams that are geographically distributed is important.

• Consulting or client-facing experience is preferred.
