This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate reimbursement processes to ensure timely and precise management of coverage-related inquiries.
• Oversee benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-ups, and communication regarding reimbursement support.
• Address routine reimbursement challenges and fill in documentation gaps.
• Keep accurate records of cases and reimbursement documentation.
• Track reimbursement trends and recurring issues for proactive resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify reimbursement requirements and assist in case resolution.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and operational readiness initiatives.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or process improvement is preferred.
