This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and oversee software conversion projects for automotive dealership clients.
• Create implementation plans and timelines, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Establish project goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Supervise customer training initiatives and offer ongoing training assistance.
• Oversee data conversion from clients' existing software to PBS software.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security; resolve data-related issues as they arise.
• Set up and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, DMS providers, and other third-party systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth system integration.
• Update clients and internal teams on project status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project progress reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Identify and address implementation risks while resolving any problems encountered.
• Document implementation processes and procedures for future maintenance and support.
• Act as the primary client liaison throughout planning, execution, and communication phases.
• Travel up to 50% to customer locations across North America.
• Bilingual in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a car dealership or the automotive sector is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) along with project management processes, methodologies, and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong computer skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month.
• Valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and full driver’s license are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capability to prioritize and manage several tasks, timelines, and resources concurrently.
• Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies as required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a significant asset.
• Must obtain 1 PBS Certification within the first year of employment.
