This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and oversee software conversion initiatives for automotive dealership clients.
• Plan, organize, and carry out implementation activities efficiently.
• Create implementation plans and timelines, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate project resources, including personnel and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Supervise customer training programs and offer ongoing training support.
• Monitor the data conversion process from clients' existing systems to PBS software.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the conversion process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues that arise.
• Establish and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, DMS providers, and other third-party systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless system integration.
• Keep dealership clients, internal teams, and stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and present weekly updates on project progress, metrics, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate any implementation risks and challenges.
• Document implementation processes and procedures for future reference and support.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and facilitate the successful adoption of PBS Systems software.
• Proficiency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High school diploma is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a car dealership or the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, processes, and workflows.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to two weeks each month.
• A valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and an unrestricted full driver’s license are necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources concurrently.
• Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Must achieve one PBS product certification within the first year of employment.
