Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with inbound inquiries and perform high-volume outbound follow-ups through phone, text, and email.

• Convert leads into scheduled consultations for new patients.

• Clearly explain orthodontic treatment options, insurance benefits, co-pays, and flexible payment or financing plans in both English and Spanish.

• Keep accurate patient records and manage lead stages in the CRM system.

• Monitor communication history and ensure timely follow-up actions.

• Achieve or surpass monthly conversion goals.

• Present quantifiable sales performance metrics.

• Assist with scheduling, patient onboarding, and various administrative tasks.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.

• Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Capability to accurately discuss complex clinical and financial terms in English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated success in achieving high lead-to-consultation conversion rates.

• Comfortable discussing previous sales performance metrics.

• Practical experience utilizing CRM software for managing pipeline and leads.

• Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance verification processes.

• Solid knowledge of third-party patient financing and payment structures.

• Self-driven, exceptionally organized, outgoing, and articulate.

• Possess an enthusiastic phone presence suitable for an independent, remote work environment.

• Full-time contractor role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST.
