Bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Spanish/English – Virtual Health Assessment Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings, manage medication reconciliation, provide diagnoses, offer health coaching, facilitate referrals, and administer clinically appropriate treatments.

• Reach out to members who have chronic illnesses based on historical data and suspected health conditions.

• Connect with members who may be less likely to visit their primary care physician.

• Identify ways to enhance members’ access to care with a licensed healthcare provider.

• Participate in cross-training for urgent care and/or virtual primary care settings.

• Engage with members through virtual platforms, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a PA or DNP, FNP, or ENP degree from an accredited program.

• Board Certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.

• Compact RN license (for Nurse Practitioners only).

• Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures.

• Must hold a valid license in Florida.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Capability to obtain licensure in additional states.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• Full-practice licensure in Florida is mandatory.
