Bilingual Nurse Practitioner – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings, medication reconciliations, health coaching, referrals, and treatments when clinically appropriate.

• Reach out to members with chronic illnesses based on historical and anticipated health data.

• Engage with members who may be less likely to see their primary care provider (PCP).

• Identify ways to enhance members’ access to care with a licensed provider.

• Cross-train in urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.

• Interact with members virtually through assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• PA or DNP, FNP, or ENP from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

• Compact RN (NP only).

• Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures.

• Must hold a full license in Florida.

• Bilingual - fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states.

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• Must reside in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
