Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate medical histories submitted by patients via Phoenix’s graded online platform to assess treatment eligibility.

• Prescribe medication when deemed appropriate.

• Directly engage with patients using the secure messaging platform to request additional information as necessary.

• Assist in enhancing clinical workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality care at scale.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify obstacles and co-develop enhancements.

• Provide clinical insights for new product launches and protocols as Phoenix diversifies its offerings and addresses new conditions.

• Deliver asynchronous telehealth services for issues such as erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English, possessing professional working proficiency in both languages.

• Registered nurse practitioner, licensed and in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).

• Eligible for licensure in other Canadian provinces.

• Technologically adept, with experience or comfort in utilizing digital care platforms.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Capable of addressing patient needs promptly and with empathy.

• Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for innovation and cross-functional teamwork.

• Previous experience in men’s health is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Holds existing CMPA or equivalent malpractice insurance.

• Familiarity with a telehealth platform is required.
