Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess patient-submitted medical histories via Phoenix’s graded online platform to determine their suitability for treatment.

• Provide prescriptions when deemed appropriate.

• Engage directly with patients through the secure messaging platform to gather additional information if required.

• Assist in refining clinical workflows to ensure seamless, high-quality care at scale.

• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to pinpoint friction points and co-create solutions.

• Offer clinical insights for new product launches and protocols.

• Aid in expanding into new conditions and healthcare services.

• Deliver asynchronous telehealth care for various conditions, including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English, possessing professional working proficiency in both languages.

• Registered nurse practitioner, licensed and in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).

• Eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces.

• Technologically adept, with experience or comfort in utilizing digital care platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to address patient needs promptly and empathetically.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about enhancing the Canadian healthcare landscape.

• Curious and interested in innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Previous experience in men’s health is advantageous, though not mandatory.
