Bilingual Metadata Specialist, India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional and linguistic quality assurance by adhering to testing instructions and established test cases.

• Comply with project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries.

• Review, create, and validate metadata for film, television, and music content.

• Record, monitor, and prioritize issues while providing clear and actionable feedback.

• Achieve productivity and quality targets while managing repetitive tasks.

• Make informed decisions in uncertain situations and escalate risks when necessary.

• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across different countries.

• Ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness for the designated locale.

• Assess the quality of written and spoken content.

• Oversee and enhance product quality and partner data integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency and cultural understanding in your target language.

• Experience with localization tools, bug-tracking systems (such as JIRA), or content management systems (CMS).

• Availability to work from 1 PM to 9:30 PM IST.

• Willingness to work Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, as assigned by management.

• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while achieving productivity and quality standards.

• Ability to make informed decisions in uncertain scenarios and escalate risks as needed.

• Proficient spoken and written communication in both languages.
