Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform clinical intakes and assessments.

• Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth.

• Establish a caseload of 15–36 sessions each week.

• Work collaboratively with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Assist parents and caregivers by providing education and care coordination.

• Ensure documentation in the EHR is timely and accurate.

• Offer culturally responsive care, taking into account each family's language, culture, and distinctive needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities.

• Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Availability during weekday afternoons and evenings, typically from 2–9 PM; weekend availability is advantageous.
