Bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Market life and critical illness insurance products to consumers.

• Offer guidance and conduct needs assessments while completing sales applications.

• Precisely document prospect feedback in an online platform.

• Achieve sales goals and quality standards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients through both verbal and written methods.

• Assist in marketing initiatives and/or sponsor campaigns.

• Sell and provide services for life insurance products offered by Canada Protection Plan.

• Perform additional tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses; mandatory licensing in Quebec.

• Licensing outside of Quebec must be acquired within six months of employment.

• Previous experience in a call center is advantageous.

• Demonstrated background in sales.

• Capable and willing to adhere to scripts and regulations.

• Fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Graduate of a post-secondary institution or equivalent qualification.

• Must maintain life insurance licensing in an active status.
