Bilingual LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Evaluate client needs through intake assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Create tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals and requirements.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic methods.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed and assess risk for suicide or harm.

• Cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential atmosphere for clients.

• Keep abreast of mental health best practices and pursue relevant continuing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.

• Active and valid Texas LCSW license.

• Proven experience in offering individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Background in conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.

• Proficient in developing customized treatment plans.

• Experience in maintaining clinical documentation that complies with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in providing crisis intervention and evaluating suicide or harm risk.

• Strong communication skills in English with an ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.

• Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic approach (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.).

• Experience with telehealth service delivery.
