Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored legal strategies for each individual client.

• Review application packets, declarations, and motions related to family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.

• Perform initial assessments to identify legal issues.

• Advocate for clients during Adjustment of Status interviews with USCIS.

• Act as the “Attorney of the Day,” offering legal guidance to the team.

• Participate in operational meetings.

• Engage in Consultation Day Events.

• Manage a full caseload and conduct direct client meetings.

• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to provide legal services and compassionate care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active U.S. Bar license.

• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience in reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).

• Possess a growth-oriented “can-do” attitude.

• Emphasize continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work between 45 to 50 hours per week.
