Associate Attorney – Civil Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze judicial rulings

• Ensure adherence to designated performance requirements within the client's system

• Maintain updates for both the client's and law firm’s systems

• Evaluate client feedback regarding specific performance obligations

• Execute tasks within the client’s system

• Review and finalize spreadsheets associated with specific performance obligations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required

• Must be actively registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Must exhibit a proactive mindset

• Demonstrate agility in work processes

• Strong understanding of legal procedures

• Familiarity with legal systems such as ESAJ, PJe, and PROJUDI is advantageous
