📋 Description

• Supervise the entire legal production line, ensuring that cases progress seamlessly through all stages of the process.

• Identify and address bottlenecks promptly to maintain stable workflow and eliminate backlogs.

• Foster team development, enhancing both the quality of deliverables and overall productivity.

• Establish and monitor operational metrics and KPIs, modifying processes based on performance outcomes.

• Work closely with various departments, including Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, and Attorneys, to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

• Suggest and execute process enhancements that bolster the operation in the medium and long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams or operations, preferably in high-volume, process-oriented environments such as call centers, BPOs, service firms, or legal sectors.

• Experience in the immigration or legal sector is highly desirable, although not mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated experience in managing production lines or workflows, with a strong ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks before they affect clients.

• Capability to prevent and minimize backlog by prioritizing effectively and anticipating operational risks.

• Development-focused leadership style, with the ability to enhance both work quality and team productivity.

• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the capacity to measure KPIs, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills for providing clear direction to your team and coordinating with other departments within the firm.
