Bilingual High Volume Recruiter, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet hiring needs.

• Perform proactive candidate searches via job boards, databases, social media, and various sourcing methods.

• Accurately input and maintain candidate data within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Deliver pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in accordance with client specifications and service level agreements.

• Generate recruitment reports, process evaluations, and sourcing analytics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for various industries.

• Advanced level of English (mandatory).

• Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent assessment.

• In-depth understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to perform effective telephone screenings and candidate assessments.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Competence in managing multiple job requisitions and prioritizing tasks effectively.
