Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process from candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to placement and negotiation of offers.

• Actively source, engage, and assess LATAM talent for healthcare positions based in the U.S.

• Focus on roles such as Medical Virtual Assistants, medical billers, and clinical administrative positions.

• Handle multiple open job requisitions simultaneously while adhering to tight fulfillment deadlines.

• Perform evaluations for English proficiency, technical skills, and soft skills.

• Monitor, update, and manage the applicant flow on a daily basis using ATS and CRM tools.

• Keep team leadership informed about the status of the candidate pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Latin America (LATAM).

• Native or fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with U.S. clients and LATAM candidates.

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare practices or staffing agencies.

• Direct experience in sourcing and placing Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) or clinical remote staff.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Proven capability to provide qualified candidates within short timeframes.

• Full-time contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
