Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process: identifying, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.

• Operate efficiently under tight deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Identify candidates throughout LATAM utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

• Keep accurate and current records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Ensure adherence to healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.

• Strong skills in organization and time management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and various sourcing tools.

• Full-time contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week.

• Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
